Hi, we have some great facilitie here at EMC. If you are looking for a venue for ....

.... we probably have a space to suit your needs. We have three large hall style spaces with room for over 100 seated guests as well as smaller rooms for meetings.

Once you have agreed the date and time of your booking you will need to complete two booking forms and familiarise yourself with our Fire and Safeguarding policies. You can download and print all of these documents below.

Rooms to Hire

Rank Hall

This is our smallest Hall and can be used either in Theatre style seating or Conference room configuration. It has direct access to our kitchen via a servery. Please note there is no projection or sound equipment in this room.

Moore Hall

This is our largest Hall and is equipped with:

• A stage
• Sound system
• Projector with connections for VGA or video lines.
• Piano
• A flipchart and white board are also available
• Seats for around 100 guests in Theatre configuration

Chapel

This is another large space. It is normally setup with large soft seating for around 100 guests but can be cleared and used as an open Hall, Café style or other arrangement. It includes:

• A sound system
• Projector
• Small raised platform
• Electric piano
• A flipchart and white board are also available

Kitchen

Our kitchen is regularly used to provide 3 course meals to community members from across Plymstock. Facilities Include:

• Dishwasher
• Microwave
• Kettles

On request

On request we can provide

• Projector
• Sound system
• Various sizes of folding table
• Chairs for around 140 people
• Whiteboard
• Flipchart

 Our building is centrally heated throughout and is warm and comfortable inside. Please do get in touch to book the facilities.

Paperwork to Download and Review

 There is some paperwork to complete when booking the facilities. We can provide this or you can complete it and send it to us from here.
